What signs would be seen in heaven?
"There shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars." - Luke 21:25
When were the first of these signs to appear?
"Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven." - Matthew 24:29
"In those day after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken." - Mark 13:24&25
"And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day."- Amos 8:9
"For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine." - Isaiah 13:10
"The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining."- Joel 3:15
"And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the LORD come." - Joel 2:30&31

This is a very powerful message which we should always keep in mind. The end will inevitably come and we should always be prepared for it. Even otherwise, our life span is so short, that we should always seek the Kingdom of God and do things that will find us in God's favour. We are answerable to God on the Day of Judgment and no one can escape this.
