God's instructions are explicit, flawless and truthful. When he tells us something it is certain that it will occur as His intend. He has spoken: "If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you,and that your joy may be full. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." - John 15:10-12
How often does we and those around us remove one or more of the Ten Commandments from our lives?
James 2:10 warns us if we break one commandment, we are guilty of breaking all of them. His commandments is a complete unit and must honored as such. Many people seems to want to pick and choose which commandment they keep. Law of God doesn't work that way.....all or none....Amen.
Do you think we obey the Law of Man more than we obey the Law of God?
And God spoke all these words:
"I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
I. You shall have no other gods before me.
II. You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
III. You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
IV. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
V. Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
VI. You shall not murder.
VII. You shall not commit adultery.
VIII. You shall not steal.
IX. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
X. You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
