O Lord! Hear our prayer.
Thank you for each day,
given special thanks for Ash Wednesday.
May we accept th ashes of repentance freely.
Blessed be those that die now to sin,
to rise up to a new life in The Father.
Help us to leave behind our old way of living.
Grant us new life in Christ.
Lord, help us to transform our lives during Lent.
Give us the strength to pray by the hour, fast by day, & love one another to eternity.
Come inside and never leave us,
For we long to be close to Christ forever and ever, dear Lord.
