Finding Ways to Take A Stand Against Satan

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. The devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

ASK YOURSELF:

Who is the Devil?
How would you define Satan, the antichrist?
Imagine a carefree world without Christ?

Ephesians 6:11-13
1 John 4:3
Revelation 20:10

The devil is our accuser, our adversary. He is also a tempter and masquerades himself as an angel of light. But he is a liar and the father of all lies. He has already been defeated through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. But he roams around like a roaring lion seeking whom to devour. We must submit ourselves to God and resist the devil and he will flee from us. For the Lord will rescue us from every evil attack and bring us safely to His heavenly kingdom. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.

I think too often people forget that there is an enemy, lurking about to destroy us. Great reminder!

If I imagine a world without Christ, the world is nihilistic, anarchaic and miserable. Good thing, we have Christ for He calls us and saves us from the evil things in this world

Wickedness is something that's been around ever since God created man. It started in the Garden and no telling where it will end. We are blessed knowing that we will all be alike & have the same mindset when we enter into our eternal kingdom. Of course those going in the opposite direction will have the same mindsets as well. Theirs will be hopeless, while ours is full of hope! Good post! Thanks!
